Today like everyday, we get up with good intentions. Eat better, exercise, meditate and do good deeds. Our sleep has refreshed our minds but our bodies are not quite up to the task. Just taking a shower is a chore especially if you have had recent surgery or your arthritis makes quick moves impossible. You have memories of when you could run, squat, lift heavy items & not think twice about how many chores or tasks you would accomplish in a day.

Remember the days that it did not matter what you ate, drank or how many hours of sleep you had. Everything we eat is now scrutinized and blamed for how we feel, think and move.

I have really become grateful for learning how to utilize supplements to keep me healing, moving, sleeping and digesting properly.  I've had a pain issue for years and I have truly seen every specialist my primary could send me to.  In the long run, I'm the one that figured out the issue.  It's not what they all thought , the inflammation shows up in blood work (until I took the nutrients to help the situation) but everything I tried the side effects were worse than dealing with the original pain.  The blood work now looks great!    

The more of you that I helped improve your health goals, the more it made me dig deeper and put on my Super Snoop Hat and researched all the issues that I was experiencing.  Sometimes I feel like a detective,  I then cross those answers with what nutrients improve those issues.  HoooRah, I have finally reduced the very original issue which became exacerbated by every medication I trialed.  

I will use this platform to keep writing and sharing hoping it will help and encourage some of you to at least give supplements a try.
